Winter Park lightingstorm cartoon effect

Taken in the sweltering heat of August that brews epic thunderstorms, with howling wind and lightening dancing across the sky. The clouds are a pale shade of purple from the glow cast by the countless thousands of streetlights, the air, humid and sticky, breaths the life-blood of central Florida and it’s inhabitants. Everyone complains about the heat, but the first wisp of cool fresh air that brings relief from the peutrid heat of the day.
I took this picture last summer, stashing it away like a bottle of Dandy Lion wine.
